Some of Gavin's favorite childhood memories are of spending time with his grandfather during the summer at construction projects. Gavin attributes these summers as the time when he realized his passion to be a builder.
He says one of his most cherished aspects of his work is creating life-long friendships with his clients through the home-building experience, and he finds ultimate satisfaction with a completed construction project that not only meets but exceeds their expectations.
As a life-long resident of Boerne, Gavin says being involved in his church and community are highly important to him. Gavin and his wife Shelly enjoy spending time with their 5 kids.

Under his grandfather's guidance, Garet worked with his grandfather during the summer on construction projects—projects he says helped him realize his love of construction.
Garet says Boerne is a strong, vibrant community that he is proud to be a part of. Having lived in the area and Texas Hill Country much of his life, Garet is an expert in locating the right property for a client.
With a keen eye for design, Garet can assist clients in achieving their dream home. Garet will tell you the best part of being a general contractor is the feeling of accomplishment when the project is completed and the clients' expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
Garet is married to his wife, Kenda, and they have three children.
